Hey y’all!

Just a few things I have noticed lately and want to change. Namely to the blog rules, and I apologize if I seem like I’m making a big deal about it. I just don’t want any one to be upset when I start acting on these rules and I won’t take ‘well I didn’t see it’ as an excuse.

First:

I have been asked SEVERAL times in game about how to use the ‘wild horse’ glitch. Questions about using game glitches will not be tolerated. Comments advising how to use game glitches will be removed.

The rules page has been updated as such:

“Please do not ask about game glitches and how to use them (namely the ‘wild horse’ glitch that removes the rider). I will answer all questions about using game glitches the same way: Exploiting game glitches can and will eventually cause your game to crash. It is disrespectful to the game creators to tamper with the game files. And if the game staff wanted to, they could make it a punishable offense (which many games do).

I don’t want anyone to get in trouble with the game staff, and I want you all to be able to enjoy the game. Thus, I will never advise how to use game glitches, and I will remove any comments from others advising how to use game glitches.

This issue will be treated much the same as complaints about having to pay; i.e. not lightly.”

Also, I love that you guys are asking questions on the help page. But there’s been too much of the ‘nevermind, i found it’ after just asking a question, for me to not be slightly annoyed. The time stamps are on there, guys. It’s really obvious to me that you aren’t really putting in any effort in helping yourselves, when you ask a question and then a few minutes later post again saying you found it.

I’m not yelling at you, and I really don’t mind answering your questions, but before asking, PLEASE give yourself a few minutes, stop and think about your problem, and try to solve it yourself. If you still can’t figure it out, then by all means, go ahead and ask.

I’m going to be trimming the comments over the next couple days to try to clean things up a bit.

In the future, please be mindful of what I’ve said, as ‘nevermind’ and similar comments will be removed completely to ease the comment clutter.
